Speaker Bio

Göran Olsson graduated 1980 with an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden. He held numerous senior positions in Ericsson with both global P/L responsibilities and overseas postings in USA, Canada and New Zealand. He has been a Board Director in more than 50 international technology companies, both private and public, operating all over the world. Since 2004, Göran has worked as an entrepreneur with innovative technology companies. He is currently focusing his efforts in the IOT arena being the CEO of Cypod Solutions DMCC, based in Dubai, UAE. Cypod was founded with the goal of providing digital security and personnel safety for individuals, companies and governments. Solutions include “impossible to hack” encryption products and tracking/positioning/geofencing for both people and cargo.
