Dr. Amer Al Rawas is the Chairman of the National Security Services Group a firm that provides robust cybersecurity solutions through innovative solutions. He is also the Founding Partner of Paradigms Consulting a technology-based consulting firm with a vision to develop regionally focused solutions.

Dr. Rawas is an experienced transformation thought leader with specialization in technology & innovation. He is a globally recognized Leadership Coach and Keynote Speaker. His hands-on executive leadership experience as CEO of multi-billion dollar listed companies has paved the way for the current consulting & coaching services capitalizing on well-established technologies and tools developed by the Global partners of Paradigms Consulting.

Dr. Amer served as the CEO of Omantel amongst other Executive posts in the telecommunications and Oil & Gas sectors and most recently former Group CEO of Tasneea Oil & Gas Technology LLC. He has also served on numerous boards of listed companies and NGO’s locally and regionally. He is currently the Chairman of Solar Wadi, Chairman of Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) and Chairman of the Industrial Innovation Center (IIC).

In his academic capacity, Dr. Rawas is a member of the Oman Education Council, a member at the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority (OAAA) and Dean of IT and Business School at New Vision University (NVU) in Georgia.
