Manages the cyber-dialogue programme for the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD)

Adam Cooper manages the cyber-dialogue programme for the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD). He has worked for HD on a number of dialogue and mediation activities for the past ten years, recently concluding a six year term as HD’s Myanmar Country Representative, where he established a number of confidential tracks of negotiation. He has a wide range of humanitarian and political experience in Asia, particularly in countries in transition. He previously co-ordinated election observation missions and served as political adviser to senior politicians. Adam has a degree from Oxford University and graduated with a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government in 2010.
