Speaker Bio

Hamid Sadiq is working as Q-CERT Department Manager in Ministry of Transport & Communications (MOTC) since November 2006. QCERT is National Information Security Team established in December 2005 and responsible to various Information Security Services and respond & react to any cyber incident that might target Government & Semi-Government agencies.

He is holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science along with other international certification (MCSE, CCNA, Security+, Reverse Engineering) and having experience for more than 13 years in Information Technology including past 9 years in Information Security. In addition, he was a member of a Program Committee for FIRST 2012 Conference & Other local & regional InfoSec committees.
