Dr. Saeed Mohammad Al-Maqbali is Lawyer and legal advisor in Sultanate of Oman, he holds PhD in Criminal Law in research (organize crime) Mohamed First University in Morocco 2013, his experience through in career as the Manager of The CyberCrime Department gave him a great experience in dealing with different cases in cybersecurity crime and criminals. In additional he was instructing a program dedicated to trains judges and investigators in Oman in cybercrime in different prospective. He is working in presenting working papers on cybercrime on the national level or internationally.
