Dr. Haitham Hilal Al-Hajri a passionate researcher and expert within cyber security and technology holds a PhD in Cybersecurity Management along with a Master's degree in digital forensics, among a cluster of professional and specialized courses, such as a Certified Manager Risk Management ISO 31000 ISO and Information Security Management Certificate ISO / IEC 27001 ISO.

Dr. Haitham interests lays around research and analysis of cybercrimes methodologies, along with cyber security capacity development especially of the uprising of e. transformation both within the eService’s and eCommerce through specialized training and awareness programs that aims to establish technology and cyber security culture at national level, aiming to reduce and bridge the digital divide gap and combat digital illiteracy.
