Speaker Bio

Marwan Ben Rached is a cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He is currently the Cybersecurity Coordinator at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), where he leads the implementation of the ITU's Cybersecurity project in countries around the world. He also engages with and coordinates with international organizations to promote global cooperation in cybersecurity.
Marwan holds a master's and engineer degrees in Computer Science from the University of Sousse, Tunisia, and possesses various international certificates in information technology, project management, and cybersecurity.
