Deputy CEO for Cyber Operations at the National Cyber Security Center – Bahrain

Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohamed Al Khalifa is the Deputy CEO for Cyber Operations at the National Cyber Security Center of the Kingdom of Bahrain. As the Deputy CEO for Cyber Operations, Shaikh Abdulla oversees cyber operations and national initiatives across Cyber Defense and Resilience, Cyber Security Governance, and Cybersecurity Awareness and Development. Prior to his current role, Shaikh Abdulla served as the Director of Cyber Defense Center at Beyon Cyber. He also served as the Head of Cybersecurity Incident Response at Batelco and BNET and Head of Information Security Monitoring at the Information and eGovernment Authority (IGA). Shaikh Abdulla holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) and possesses over six international professional certifications in the Cybersecurity field, including GCFA, GCFE, GCIA, GCWN and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
