Major General (Rtd) Eng. Mohammad A. Boarki is the Chief of Kuwait National Cyber Security Center, the responsible entity for National Governance and orchestration of Cyberspace in Kuwait, in addition to its Cybersecurity coordination duties toward and between all Government branches. As the first Chief of NCSC, he managed and overseen the establishment of the agency from the ground up. Prior to his current role, He served as the Director of Cyber Operations in Kuwait Armed Forces, where he led the first cyber unit in the Kuwait Armed Forces serving as its commander.
He also served as the Chief of Network & Security Branch at J6, Signal Corps HQ. With over 25 years of experience in ICT and Cyber security, Major General Boarki has been a principal advisor to the Chief of Staff and Commander of the Signal Corps on all matters related to network and cybersecurity operations."
